ToughRock® Shaftliner

ToughRock® Shaftliner panels are used as a component in code-compliant, fire-rated construction assemblies for area separation walls, stairwells, elevator shafts, and other interior mechanical system or duct enclosures.

ToughRock® Shaftliner panels are UL classified Type TP-6 for fire resistance and can be used in a variety of fire-rated assemblies. Search the assemblies library for details

Details

  • Noncombustible (as described and tested in accordance with ASTM E136) gypsum core encased in moisture-resistant* green, recycled paper facings
  • Scores and snaps easily and has double beveled edges for ease of installation

Applications

Construction assemblies for area separation walls, stairwells, elevator shafts, and other interior mechanical system or duct enclosures.

* ToughRock® Shaftliner is not designed for exposure to constant high-moisture conditions or direct water.
