OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Submitting an entry constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Sweepstakes Timing: The Roofing Resilience Skill Builder Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 18^th, 2025, and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on May 21, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of 49 of the 50 United States (Sweepstakes is void in New York) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Georgia-Pacific Gypsum (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is exclusively open to individuals who are currently employed by roofing contractor firms, architect firms, or roofing consultant firms. All other individuals, including those not employed within these specified industries, are ineligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. There are two (2) ways to enter the sweepstakes.
1. TO ENTER BY COMPLETING QUIZZES AND SUBMITTING ENTRY FORMS VIA THE WEBSITE: During the Sweepstakes Period, participants must visit http://www.buildgp.com/densdeck/roi and complete between one (1) and five (5) quizzes available within the e-course. For each quiz completed, participants must also fill out and submit the corresponding online entry form. Each completed quiz and submitted entry form will provide one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, allowing participants to earn up to a maximum of five (5) entries by completing all available quizzes and submitting the respective entry forms. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 5/21/25 to be considered eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply.
2. TO ENTER BY COMPLETING THE FORM: Participants who prefer not to complete quizzes can enter the Sweepstakes by clicking the 'Skip to Sweepstakes' link available on each topic page, which will direct them to the entry form. Each completed entry form submitted via this method will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Participants may utilize the 'Skip to Sweepstakes' option on each of the five (5) topic pages, allowing for up to five (5) total entries through this method. All entries must be received by 11:59 a.m. ET 5/21/25 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply.
All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 5/21/25, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified. 4. Random Drawing: On or about 5/22/2025, Two (2) Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, and eight (8) prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are dependent upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via email. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may forfeit his/her prize. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries.
5. GRAND PRIZES: Two (2) grand prize winners will be selected, and each winner will have the opportunity to choose one (1) of the following prize options:
   1. Option A: A trip for two (2) to Atlanta, GA, inclusive of round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations, two (2) Chairman Seat tickets to a Braves game at Truist Park, and a $500 gift card intended for food and beverage expenses during the stay.
   2. Option B: A trip for two (2) to Atlanta, GA, inclusive of round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations, two (2) Suite tickets to an Atlanta United game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and a $500 gift card intended for food and beverage expenses during the stay.
Each winner must select one (1) of the two (2) available prize options. The selected prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the responsibility of the winner. The Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $4,000. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason and, in such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs and expenses associated with prizes not specified herein as being awarded.  
6. Additional Prizes: In addition to the grand prizes, there will be eight (8) additional prize winners. Each winner will receive a Solo Stove, with an approximate retail value of $449. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or additional expenses not explicitly stated herein.
7. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Website or the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in the Sweepstakes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the Website or Sweepstakes. If a dispute results as to the identity of an Entrant, it will be determined that the Entry was submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the Entry is made. For these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Participants are eligible to win either a grand prize or an additional prize, but not both.  Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the e-mail account associated with the Entry. Proof of entering information via the Website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Sponsor (as identified in these Official Rules) is not responsible for the failure of any email or Entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at the Website. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or Website may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes or Website, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Sweepstakes and select the winner from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. In the event that the scheduled games are canceled or postponed, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees that Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by Entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or parts thereof, if applicable or participation in the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes related activity. By entering the Sweepstakes, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents. The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state of Georgia and federal courts in Georgia. Game tickets must be used during a 2025 regular season home game (Atlanta, GA). Post season, playoffs or championship games are not eligible.
    
   Major League Baseball dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (BOC) and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the Prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. The winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and the other MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Participation in the prize event is subject to winner’s (and guest’s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities.
    
   Use of any Major League Soccer game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mls.com/ticket back for details. Event date and time are determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and the MLS Entities, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game, event, or exhibition, as defined by Major League Soccer, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. The winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLS Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition Sponsor and the MLS Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; Acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Soccer game, event or exhibition. Major League Soccer game, event, and exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, or offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/ tickets.
